If your computer doesn't work, our technician will quickly diagnose the problem. The problem may be fixed with simple configuration changes, or may require replacement of one or more hardware parts. The technician carries most parts required to fix your PC on the spot. More difficult problems may require the PC to be taken back to base to be repaired at NO additional charge, and is returned to you as soon as possible. We strive for a maximum of 48 hours turnaround on back to base repairs.
