Same day service is guaranteed when the service call is placed before 10am on the day of required service. Same day service cannot be guaranteed for service calls placed after 10am, but we do our very best to get to you same day, or at a time convenient to you. Service call appointments are available from 7am till 8pm (finishing at 9pm).
We offer a "fixed or free" guarantee. If we can't fix your problem, we don't charge you. Obviously, there are conditions. If we attend your premises, inspect your PC, and we have a technical inability to solve your problem, there is NO charge. If we attend, and you elect not to proceed with the recommended repair/work required to fix your PC, you will be charged the INITIAL CALL OUT FEE (see pricing) only. If you agree to the repair/work required, and the PC is not repaired to your satisfaction, please let us know, and we will return at no charge and correct the problem.
Return call-outs to fix other problems not related to the inital work carried out will be charged at the going rates.
Labour Charge is capped at 3 hours for a single job on a single computer only. Sometimes you may need more than one job done, such as reinstalling Windows, upgrading the ram, replacing a too small hard drive, and setting up another computer from new, then connect it to the internet via your new wireless router. Whilst each of these jobs are simple to do if you know what you are doing, it may take longer than 3 hours. We will give you a quote based on the work you require, the labour price quoted is a guaranteed maximum, but if we complete the job in less time than anticipated, the labour charge will be accordingly reduced.
In the first hour included in the Initial Call Out fee, we are more than happy to diagnose and fix more than one PC or problem at the one low fee.
